It's no real person who does this, it's a virus.
Paul, there's no use in changing passwords etc. You need to clean
your PC with a virus killer, or if that doesn't work I'm afraid
you'll need to do a clean reinstall of the system.
If you are a Windows user Microsoft has a decent virus killer called
"Microsoft Security Essentials". It's free, just Google it and
you'll get a link to a download in your language.
