-I would love to see the BBC put out a JAM release like they did with
ISIHAC with the edited stuff put back in--On the Clue one they are
trying out their buzzers before the show and the light box still
have the JAM panelist names from the last time they were used LOL-I
quite enjoyed hearing all the behind the scenes/retake stuff but then
i am easily Amused. Miriam

Well the fact that Nicholas gets confused is no surprise, we are talking about someone that once said that an 80 year old woman he once stayed with named Mrs. McNab, had a vasectomy.  That's always puzzled me because what the hell was he trying to say originally, that's what always puzzled me.

anyway, I can understand about those other things you mentioned, I guess its just as well that they were left out, lest we be constantly bogged down with another boring session of 'I must explain to our listeners'.

On a similar note (says a lot about my mind I suppose) there was a
"Great Balls of Fire" round which got held up because Paul Merton
poured his jug of water over his trousers. Wouldn't work very well on
radio!

There was another round which again wouldn't have worked too well on
radio where, as Maria was talking, Paul signalled to the others
visually that they shouldn't interrupt her so she could go for the
full 60 seconds, but after about 20 seconds she got so flustered she
challenged herself.
