I received my Classic Collection from Play.com back in January, but it arrived damaged, so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. The replacement was dispatched but sent to the wrong address, so I had to wait for the required three weeks, printed out a claims form and posted it to them. Now, this morning, two months after I made my initial order, I receive this e-mail:

We are sorry that you did not receive your order. Your claim form has now been received and processed.
Unfortunately this item is no longer available therefore we are unable to issue you with a replacement as requested. As it is unlikely that we will be able to offer the item again in the near future we have refunded the cost of the item back to your credit/debit card. Please allow 3 working days for this to appear on your card statements.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience and valued custom.

So apparently it's unlikely that they'll be able to offer it again in the near future. Does this mean it's unlikely to get another pressing soon? Or just that they have no idea when it might be?
Amazon.co.uk apparently has it in stock, but their estimated delivery time of 1-2 months isn't exactly filling me with hope either.
