Topic: TV series on DVD?

Is there a possibility of the upcoming TV series being released on DVD? Has this been discussed anywhere already? Or is it just too soon for us to know either way?

My initial reaction was that this was unlikely. But who knows – given all the fuss being made about the 45th anniversary maybe they will?? They could package it up with the two unseen pilots and perhaps one or two of the 1999 shows.

...and perhaps the Ilip on BBC TV yet - mind you I'm not an avid TV watcher in general sndian radio shows as well? The clip that Miriam posted - thank you for that - was very well shot with multiple cameras. I haven't seen the co may have missed it - but perhaps it's better shot than you'd expect just for a 30 second online trailer?

Cheers

Sorry about that. I have no idea what happened there. What I meant to say was:

Sorry about that.  I have no idea what happened there.  What I meant to say was:

Now would be a good time to rescreen the Arena documentary. Its been a while since it was last shown.
Surely there is enough footage from over the years for a JAM night on BBC4.

Found this on youtube, its clips from a JAM 1981 tv show with Kenneth Williams, Clement Freud, Patrick Moore and one other i dont recognise.

And a clip from the arena show.

the other man is the great much missed Peter Jones. That’s from one of the docos about Kenneth... and it’s one of the two unsuccessful pilots that has never screened in its entirety.

Funny that these two pilots were retained in the archives when 11 “real” radio editions were not!
