Thanks you very much for the show - it was amusing, and now I don't dread the televised version any longer :-)

As for your comment: "Such as Nicholas telling Giles why he never appeared on the same show as Derek Nimmo which Giles seemed unaware of."

This seems to be a running gag, Nicholas have told it a couple of times in the show, and on other occasions. First I thought he was perhaps forgetful, but now I'm leaning to the explanation that he is making fun of Giles's tendency to repeat his material over and over (upps!) again at the show.
