yeah I mentioned this in my blog in my interview with the producer Andy Brereton.
 
He mentioned five people he tried to book but they were all unavailable on all of the recording dates.
 
Those were Sheila Hancock, Jenny Eclair, Ross Noble, Lee Mack and Helena Bonham Carter.
 
Sheila was doing a stage show in London at the time and was on stage on each of the five recording nights.

First - many thanks for the audio versions - my download limit (via wireless, in australia) is 8gb & my wife works from home so have to be careful.

Dean - any reason you know of why the obvious omission - Sheila Hancock - occured? she is definitely the longest running players, and one of the few from the early days still left
