Richard Osman would be a good shout bbc speaking. He has been working his way up over the years in a number of shows and is appearing more on tv and radio (most known for Pointless presumabely). Has a decent sense of humour, intelligent (you need to know about a lot of topics) and should be able to keep the panel in order.

Re Tony Hawks for me moving him to host would take something away from the playingside. He is one out of a small number ho are odds on to do very very well (contribution, humour, game play etc) on the shows hes on.
