If you have a Windows PC, may I recommend "Radio Downloader"? You tell it what radio programmes you're interested in and it downloads them for you automatically. Even from one series to the next. Google it if you're interested - it will save you having to rely on other people and, if I'm anything to go by, I find myself downloading all sorts of programmes just to fill the odd hour in the car. Really broadens the mind.
