I have a miserable ratio, in large part, I think, due to having to wait
before downloading. Although I have a very fast connection, by the time
I can start downloading what I want, it's already been snatched by
almost everyone else who wants it. The policy seems to make it even
harder for people with already low ratios to improve them.
