we all make mistakes. At times there have been mistaken orders on my
list. But that's one great thing about the Internet and having a working
file - strangers wrote to me and said "hey that bit's wrong" or "that
bit's missing" and slowly the complete list came together. I haven't had
a correction now in three years which makes me confident the list is
correct.
