What I am concerned about is that as soon as we get all our onerous surgery and replacements done, the World Service Archive will end the prototype phase and release the same episodes in their highest quality, sending us all back to the drawing board...

Still, it's nice to have fresh meat until then!

I reckon we're going to end up with quite a few more merged versions, as the only analysis we've done so far has been on the first crop of World Service shows that I uploaded.

Episodes that have been reconstructed so far are: 207, 239, 448 and 450.

The first three are available on my site at http://3pb.net/jam

The last one is available at the link that Josey sent out.

There's also a new version of 397 that Mark put together.  It's more or less the same as the reconstructed version I did last year, except the first couple of minutes are in a higher quality.  That's in his JAM Jar.

I think that's all the updates so far, but I imagine more will be forthcoming as we review the World Service episodes.

I didn't want to spam the list while the traffic was at its highest, but
now that things have calmed down I want to use this opportunity to hand
out bear-sized hugs and thanks for all the time and efforts put into
everything in regards to the World Service versions of JAM:
Everything from sharing the recordings to the splicing and analysis of
the contents and all in between, THANK YOU!

Now I have to admit that it has all become a bit blurry to me, what are
the best versions of what and where and how and who and so forth, but
with time I am sure I'll get on top of it. :)

So thanks again!
