I dread stepping on Dean's toes with this
impertinence, but I have created an experimental JAM
forum at
("Benign Effects"... geddit? Oh...OK. It was just
a domain I had lying around doing nothing, so I
thought I'd use it.)
It uses myBB software and seems to be pretty easy
to administer and use.
I've spent a total of 30 minutes setting it up
(20 of which went into the ugly logo) so there is a
lot to add if you are at all interested.
I have vacancies for forum moderators (who can
take control of an individual forum),
super-moderators (who have power over all forums)
and super-keen contributors could even become full
administrators and control the entire operation
while I'm at the beach.
Please visit, register, play around and let me
know what could be added, changed or improved. I'm
willing to support the forum for the long-haul if
people want to use it. Otherwise we can stay here
at Yahoo.
