It also happens in Episode 1 of the current series during the topic "Power Struggles". This is one of the clips that you can watch on the BBC website. I'm guessing it's Paul who buzzes but it's totally ignored.

I think any buzz during the last two seconds should be ignored as they're usually unjustified and silly challenges that just slow down the game.
