For better or worse, a post 59 second challenge (which succeeded I think) was made in the this week's episode when the subject was "altruism".

In keeping with the rest of this series, this episode was very good. It was remarkable to note that Nicholas avoided the temptation of showing off his french language skills when the subject was "french bread". It's not very happen that Nick doesn't take such an opportunity when it presents itself.
