Do they have any extra material which gets edited out of the broadcasts?

 

Yes, they usually record 40-45 minutes per show.


Do they record two shows at a time or do they make you get two
separate sets of tickets?

 

they always record two shows at a time and you can sit through both, except at Edinburgh when they bring a different audience in for the second show.

 

On what George wrote, at the shows I’ve seen it’s the scorer who has the earpiece and is in contact with the producer, and she oasses messages to Nicholas, like “last round”.
