James - I haven't listened to the episodes you listed to compare quality, but at a quick look I have four where (given the source of my copy - in square brackets below) I'd be very surprised if the WS encodes were better. I'm uploading to http://www.sendspace.com/folder/mwcec2 my copies of:

1996.01.06 s29e01 #455 - The Capital Of Scotland [BBC CD]
1997.08.16 s31e05 #479 - Citizens [BBC7 2007-10-18]
1998.06.22 s33e03 #489 - What The Actress Said To The Bishop [BBC7 2007-11-01]
1999.02.15 s34e05 #501 - Fast Food [R7 2009-06-22]

I'm also uploading my copy of 2002.07.22 s41e04 #570 - Canterbury Tales because it isn't obviously missing the Intro. BUT I haven't checked to see if the WS version has a longer intro.
