But Paul did appear on Graham's radio show last year where they had an entirely amiable discussion. I also remember that they came into the church together at Clement's funeral. Of course, they might just have met in the car park, but it was nice to see them together on that sort of occasion and it suggests that at least they don't dislike each other. I have the feeling that each is slightly in awe of the other â€" both are comic geniuses but of very different styles â€" and perhaps that is why each is cautious about taking on the other in a battle of repartee.
