This group does not distribute files of copyrighted materials, it only publishes links to places that do.

Thus far the BBC and the UK government have not attempted to close any site that does this. Unfortunately the UK government has agreed to extradite at least one UK citizen to face federal charges at the request of the US government for publishing a site with links to other sites which provided access to free copies of TV and film media. Ironically, if this 21 year old student (at the time) had been a US citizen he would be protected under their constitutional rights to exercise his freedom of speech in making public these LINKS (not files).

Richard O'Dwyer has spent years fighting extradition and now appears to have done a deal to appear voluntarily before a US court for a deal which guarantees a reduced sentence if convicted of a maximum of 5 years. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-20525891

I have always bought the past releases of JAM CDs and tapes and have encouraged others to do so, as has Dean I seem to remember. On the other hand, holding back every episode and stopping distribution (if indeed that is happening) seems to me to be going too far, as is the case cited above, in my opinion.

I have made a recording of my copy of Freud Ego after many years of attempting to find a decently priced audio edition of the (unfortunately) abridged copy of his autobiography read by himself. This despite the fact I own my own print copy. The fact Clement is now no longer with us, and more to the point, the fact that the BBC never saw fit to issue further editions so that the 3 hour double cassette tapes were exchanging on Amazon for over £100 GB pounds leaves me with a dilemma - should I make my recording available? What are the views of the group?
