Only heard the first show so far and thought it was good but not great.

Paul and Julian are always good together and Jenny always provides some funny moments so it was never going to be bad. Was dreading hearing Vanessa on the show as she is so forceful with her opinions everywhere else, but she did well and would be beneficial to give her a few appearances - can't offer any less than a few of the others who have been tried over the last two or three series (wasn't expecting to type that beforehand).

One of the benefits of JAM is that even if you dislike someone elsewhere the format of the show means you only hear short segments from them in one go so its possible to move away and enjoy the show and what they offer (plus if the individual isnt any good you can fire into them with more heat
