Hello all,

Can anyone here tell me who the distributor for Canongate UK is in the US?
I looked on Amazon US and saw that it's available for pre-order, but won't
be shipped until November 1st. I'm wondering who the US distributor is for
the publisher as I'm wondering if it might possibly be available in
electronic form. I am totally blind and some US publishers (Random House in
particular) offer their ebooks in an accessible format. Personally, I think
the audio edition would be wonderful, but I would be happy with an edition
in a format that I can read. I don't mind buying the book, but I can't read
standard print and scanning isn't currently an option for me.

Thank you for any help. I was surprised that it apparently isn't published
by BBC Books.

According to Amazon the publisher is listed as "Canongate UK" so perhaps it's only available in the US as an imported hardback from November 1st?

The Kindle version is available now, though, and is a LOT cheaper (only $12.60 compared to the $32.95 list price for the hardback edition).
